We recommend shaving every other week to once a month depending on your needs, though this will naturally vary person to person. There's no hard rule; your skin will tell you what it needs.
Do I have to subscribe to refills to buy?
No, you can purchase blades whenever you need them. That said, dermaplaning works best with consistency. While you'll notice immediate results, the bigger benefits like smoother skin, better product absorption, and a more even complexion build up over around 90 days, so staying on a regular schedule makes a real difference. Can I re-use blades?

How do I recycle my Jill blades?
